Shift your mind. Elevate your life. The Yogic way.
One of the ancient text from Ayurveda Charaka samhita says
Stress & disease arise from violating inner wisdom.
“प्रज्ञापराधः सर्वदोषानां जन्मकृत् ॥”
— Charaka Sutra 1.18
Whenever person goes through a stressful situation the speed of the mind can overpower his or her ability to make a better decision.
Person often takes so much burden of present challenges that totally impacts his rational thinking process. Prolonged dealing with stress even it is actual or perceived stress can have destructive results on physical health .In Yoga philosophy this is called as a percolation of stress from Manomaya kosha to Annamaya kosha.
In general terms it’s called as a Fixed mindset . Where person operates with fear , anxiety , tension.

- Thinks the rich are evil
- Complains constantly
- Never likes to learn new skills
- Afraid of investing for better future
- Fear of change or upgradation of life overall
- Avoids challenges thinks then as a danger
- Gets discouraged easily
- Blames others for problems
- Believes abilities are fixed
With a strong will power and persistent Sadhana one need to change from bondage of Fixed mindset to Liberating thinking of Growth mindset.
By Yoga principles one can develop positive , encouraging approach towards life .
- Growth Mindset
- Lives in the present

- Helps others succeed
- Doesn’t complain
- Constantly learning
